Who sells Symbiot Pro

Ghost AI, trading as Symbiot, Johannesburg, South Africa (“Symbiot”, “we”). Contact: sales@symbiot.co.za. Payments are taken by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the seller of record for the sale.

What you buy

Symbiot Pro is a licence to use the paid features of the Symbiot desktop software: US$12 per month or US$99 per year. It is a digital product; nothing is shipped. Symbiot itself is free to install, and the free features stay free.

Delivery

After payment we email a licence key to the address you gave at checkout, normally within minutes. Paste it into Symbiot’s Settings to unlock Pro. If it hasn’t arrived within an hour, write to sales@symbiot.co.za.

Renewal and cancelling

A subscription renews each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the receipt email from Paddle or by writing to us. Your key keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for; we don’t charge again after that.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies in your country.

Your licence

The key is for you or your organisation’s use and may not be resold or shared publicly. A key that is refunded, charged back or abused may be revoked. The software itself is under the Elastic License 2.0.

Liability

Symbiot is provided as it is. Symbiot hands work to coding agents you choose and you approve what ships; you are responsible for reviewing it. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from Pro is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where they cannot be limited.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes don’t affect a period you have already paid for. South African law applies, without taking away the consumer rights of your own country.
